She Never Got to Say Goodbye is a love story, a murder mystery, and a ghost story all in one. Once I got halfway through, it was difficult to put down.
The story about Olivia and Brandon starts out sweet and his proposal is one of the best I’ve read or heard. Everything happened so fast, though, because months were skipped between chapters. It’s rare that I wish for more in a book but in this case, I would have enjoyed a little more detail.
The second half of She Never Got to Say Goodbye is fast paced and suspenseful. There are some twists, some sit on the edge of your seat moments, but there are also tender moments.
She Never Got to Say Goodbye has humor, joy, pain, love, hate, despair, and revenge. I definitely recommend if for anyone who likes the paranormal.
