Super Nutrition is a good source for anyone who wants to learn how to live a healthy life. This book has a lot of healthy recipes and a meal planner at the back. This is not a cookbook or a diet plan, it is a way to change your habits and feel better. This book is for everyone, but if you need to lose weight, this is the best way to do it because the weight will stay off.
At the beginning of the book, the author explains that he wrote Super Nutrition to help others live the best life they can. It also gives his top ten health tips as well as a few basics that will help you start making changes. For example, it’s best to buy organic foods if possible and he explains the reasons.
I plan to use Super Nutrition as a guide and to change some of my habits but it will be slowly. I’m going to have to work at finding a lot of the foods listed in the recipes. There aren’t any stores in a small town to even purchase organic foods let alone Pink Himalayan Salt or a mortar and pestle.

Terry McIlroy is a Professional Chef with over 27 years of experience within the culinary industry. He is also a Nutritionist/Nutritional Therapist, specializing in the field of Naturopathic Nutrition. He has inspired many with his passion, knowledge, creativity and flair in the kitchen as an Executive Head Chef, whilst running several businesses.
