Your baby’s first word will be . . .
Everyone knows that fathers wage a secret campaign to ensure that their babies’ first word is “Dada!”
But how does it work?
One of the most popular entertainers in the world and NBC’s The Tonight Show host, Jimmy Fallon, shows you how.
I read this to my 20-month-old grandson when I was visiting them for a couple of days. When I say I read it to him, I mean we read it many times a day. He had so much fun with this book!
It’s very simple. After turning each page, you have a picture of a different animal: the dad and the child. The dad says, “Dada!” and the youngster says quack, moo, etc. Their way of saying Dada. I would say, “Dada!” and my grandson would say the animal’s sound. He had to learn some of them, but after a few times he knew them all. My favorite was the bunny. He sniffled every time.
This is absolutely a book that toddlers will enjoy. I told my sister about it, and she got it for my great-niece, and she loves it too!
