My Review

I chose to read this book after receiving a free copy. All opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased.

The illustrations in Dancing Fairies are bright and colorful and children will enjoy looking at them. For every short verse, there is an illustration on the page beside it which I like. The text was okay, aimed at very young children, which coincides with the pictures. It did seem that some of the words were used just because they rhymed, for example, “oh little fairy so pretty and true, please make sure you don’t slip on the dew.” Fortunately, even though parents might notice this, I think children will still enjoy it.

My Review

I chose to read this book after receiving a free e-copy. All opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased.

Magelica’s Voyage to the Land of the Fairies is about Magelica who is a fairy but she doesn’t know who her parents are. She has a Guardian Angel, Gri, who takes care of her. When she gets a chance to go the the Land of the Fairies and find out about her parents, she’s very excited.

This is a cute fantasy story for young children. It has colorful pictures full of the interesting characters. It also teaches that it’s okay to be afraid but having a positive attitude can help overcome that fear.

At the end of the story, there are some questions to help the reader think about magic, faith, and love.
