My Review:

I received a free copy of this book for an honest review.

This is a cute story about Wally, an Emperor Penguin from Antarctica. He dreams of warm weather so he heads to the Galapagos Islands where he finds not only warm weather, but animals he’s never seen before.

Wally the Warm Weather Penguin is told with cute rhymes and colorful pictures. I read it to a 5 year old and he really liked the rhymes and the illustrations (especially the map at the end, which surprised me) but he liked the photos of the different animals at the end of the book the most. In fact, I think we spent more time on the photos of the animals than on the rest of the book.

I definitely recommend this book for young children. Not only is it fun to read, but it has colorful pictures and interesting facts at the end.
