My Review
I received a free ecopy of this book from the author for an honest review.
When I started this book, I realized that it is more than just a book to read once. It has exercises for the reader (wanna be writer) to do, and if you do all of the exercises, by the time you have finished the book, you will have a good start at your first short story or novel.
I’m sure there are many ways to write a book but Kelli A. Wilkins does a good job at helping a potential writer become an actual writer. She gives a lot of good pointers, the first one being to set aside an hour every day to write, no excuses.
If you’re one of the many people who want to write a book but you don’t know where to start, getting this book would be a great start! I read it through once without doing the exercises and now I’m going to start over and do the exercises as I go.
