My Review

I chose to read this book after receiving a free copy from iRead Book Tours. All opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased.

What a great book! My grandson enjoyed the story about Left and Righty in Chicago, but I liked it at least as much as he did. It brought back a lot of memories from when I was a kid. We just lived there until I was 11 years old, but I remember going to several of the places Lefty and Righty went to, especially the Field Museum. It was amazing back then, so I can imagine what it’s like now. I’m going to have to take my grandkids to see Sue one of these days!

Lefty and Righty have a great adventure in Chicago and end up at a White Sox/Cubs game before rushing back home to jump in with the laundry.

We can all relate to matching socks, and kids will love the brightly colored illustrations while learning about the great Windy City. This is a story children will want to read over and over.
