My Review
I chose to read this book after receiving a free e-copy. All opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased.
Duke is a dog who enjoys watching squirrels running across the branches above him. He wants to be friends with the squirrels but they don’t understand. He even gathers nuts for them but they won’t include him in their fun. If only he were a squirrel! Then his owner shows up and he realizes that he loves his life just as it is.
Squirrel Superhighway is a good book for children. It has words for younger children to learn and it has colorful illustrations as well as a sweet story. It also teaches the lesson that the grass really isn’t greener on the other side.
