My Review

I chose to read this book after receiving a free e-copy from the author. All opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased.

Monsters Love Worms is an adorable children’s book about Morchella. She’s a young monster who wants her own pet worm. Her parents don’t believe she’s responsible enough to have a pet because she gets sidetracked whenever she is supposed to be doing chores. When her mom is injured, she has to step up and take care of things for a while, which is appreciated by all.

This book has colorful illustrations, many full-page, and it is easy to read for young children. It’s a cute story and it teaches about being responsible. I also liked Morchella’s appreciation of the nature around her.
