My Review

I chose to read this book after receiving a free copy from the publisher. All opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased.

I have successfully used visualization in the past so Visualization for Success intrigued me. It gives a step by step approach to visualization to help you get what you want out of life.

Most of the steps start with relaxation breathing which is easy to learn if you don’t have experience with it. A definition is given if needed. I’ve learned several techniques but all that is needed is taking a deep breath and holding it for a few seconds.

I like how Visualization for Success is broken down into three parts: positivity, relationships, and goals. Each section has several detailed exercises to assist you visualizing and achieving your goals. This is more of a reference that you’ll go back to over and over.

I definitely recommend Visualization for Success for anyone who is interested in improving themselves.
