My Review

I chose to read this book after receiving a free copy from Smith Publicity. All opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased.

Dear Mrs. President is an example of a child’s letter to the first female president. Naya sends this letter to thank the president for her leadership and for being an example to girls to work hard to be whatever they want to be. It inspires young girls to dream big and work hard because they are smart, powerful, and capable.

It is great that we will most likely have a female president in the next few years. Having a female VP is one step closer to that goal. I think the timing of Dear Mrs. President is perfect with our first female VP being in office.

This would be a great addition to any child’s library. I’m looking forward to reading it with my niece.
