Review
Runaway is a novella and is just the beginning of Camryn’s story. It’s good as far as it goes but there is still a lot more of the story to be told. Brina Courtney’s writing flows well and is easy to read.
Camryn and her friend, Kiley, are typical high school seniors but that changes at the beginning of this story. Their world is turned upside down by a virus that is killing off everyone and they’re sent away to keep them safe. When they make it to safety, Camryn is told she’s not human. That’s how part one ends! Of course, I’m going to have to read part two to find out more!
